Fibre Glass Filters:
Filtration fabrics are specially designed and woven for the diffusion and filtration of aluminium. High quality yarns
are used to control strand diameters and resist flattening or distortion under pressure from contact with molten
metal. The integrity of the weave pattern is maintained by the use of an organic resin or ceramic coating, and by
the use of lino construction in density.
These are used for regular alloys in standard temperature range. Different strands are recommended for different applications and temperature zones.

Ceramic Foam Filters:
Molten aluminium contains impurities, inclusions, and dross, which must be removed prior to casting to ensure highest quality cast product. Ceramic foam filters clean aluminium used for critical application in
most types of casting operation. It is a phosphorate bonded high-purity alumina based product.
Available in a wide range of sizes and porosities.
CFF are available in four porosities i.e. 10, 20, 30 & 40 PPI (pores per liner inch) and in various sizes as follows:
7 x 7 Inch, 9 x 9 Inch, 12 x 12 Inch, 15 x 15 Inch, 17 x 17 Inch, 20 x 20 Inch
