Coatings

Boron Nitride Coating:

Boron Nitride coatings are excellent general-use coatings which provides totally non-wetting surface for molten aluminium and other non ferrous metals. Aluminium and its dross will not react and adhere to the coated surface with the use of these all-purpose coatings.

This coating can be applied to Ceramics, metal and graphite surfaces.

Applications

Air-spraying or brushing can be used to obtain an optimal thickness of 50–100 microns. Spraying is typically the most accurate method for consistent thickness. The coating to be used by diluting with distilled water, as desired. Dilution ration depends upon the application and surface.

  • Clean surfaces to be coated of oils, dirt, scale, etc.
  • Applying coatings to a surface pre heated to 70–80°C.
  • Apply multiple coats for best performance.
  • Lower maintenance costs.
  • Dry thoroughly (to remove moisture) before placing into service.
  • Lightly polishing or buffing of the dry coating with a clean cloth will aid in filling and smoothing the refractory pores, and removal of excess coating.

Ladle Coating:

Ladle Coating is an adhesion preventive paste for non- ferrous alloys whose active part is formed by inert metallic oxides and by small percentage of graphite components contained in the paste. When they burn do not cause impurities and do not pollute the molten metals. And when applied leaves an excellent covering, assuring a long protection and prolonging the ladles & thermocouples and can also be used cover small areas of ladles and also during the normal production cycle without stopping the machine and mainly suggested to cover automatic, manual ladles and skimming spoons.

AntiSolderPaste:

ANTISOLDER is a highly active metal removing paste for aluminium and zinc die casting. It is also suitable for application during starting up of production. Its physical thickness does not cause dripping but permits excellent lubrication on the die surface, apply in order to avoid oil in the cavity. This will help to control pollution.

Silver Coating:

SILVER COATING is an aluminium pigments release paste containing a small percentage of semi- colloidal graphite. This product allows to minimize residues on molds. Its balanced composition results in a highly versatile product. Its performance and application can include several uses in mold lubrication.

Copper Grease:

Copper grease is a copper pigment based lubricant. It is suitable for use at high temperature and allows a very good lubrication up to 1100*C without dripping problems. Specific additives guarantee the prevention of seizure from saline and corrosive material. It maintains high lubrication levels and anti-seizure performance also after a very long work time.
