Plunger lubricants is designed to specifically reduce friction and to extend the plunger tip and sleeve life. This results in excellent efficiency and has the most desirable chemical and physical qualities to function in the harsh casting environment. Non-graphite, but extremely effective surfactants are added to increase wetting ability and film strength. Properly used, this lubricant will provide a thin uniform protective coating which will minimize the wear of the shot sleeve and tip. Since the lubricant is in concentrated forms, the application rate and consumption will be very low.Recommended using spray systems, or automatic lube drop systems.
